Does anyone directly train there Intercostal Muscles? What exercises do you do for them?

When I was in my 20s I did lying DB pullovers with a focus on trying to expand and contract my ribcage. Obviously it isn't isolating the intercostals entirely, but if they're weak they should be strengthened a bit.

I supposed you could try a similar movement, but isolate your dumbells at the bottom (extended) part of the movement, and just focus on expanding and contracting the ribcage. If that was uncomfortable for the shoulders you could hold the weight differently or just put down the dembbells and just extend your arms.

Hope that makes sense. You'll probably get better advice from someone else before too long.

I remember doing these on my Moms basement concrete floor when I was a teenager (50 years ago)

I did them with my upper back on the side of the bench so I could go a little below head level for an extra stretch/expansion. That's how I'd do them if I added them back into the routine now.

I have a pull over machine that I believe hits them pretty good, I'm not sure I will ever be lean enough to see them any way.

When I did them the intent wasn't to see them so much as it was to try to build a thicker (barrel) chest. From the progress pics you've posted I'd say you already have that covered.

Still, it can be fun/valuable to hit neglected muscle groups from time to time. Reminds me I need to swim more...

No I'm Not, these are some awesome pics, Stand Tall, Be Proud !!
Seriously!

Think about how many billions of dollars are spent by the masses every year just to try to get "in shape." Then there's you, and the time, work, effort and sacrifices you've made to get to where you are.

You're proof that diligence pays off. Eyes on the prize now: win that competition!
