I have been seeing that bodybuilders have been using insulin. I'm on 200 mg test weekly as well but came across insulin as well. Could someone please tell me the proper and safe way to start using to bulk
Basically zero chance you should be using, or even considering using, insulin. Only way you should be doing that is if you are competing at an Olympia level and carry so much mass that it requires you eat an extraordinary amount of carbs every day to hold onto your muscle.

You don't just use insulin for no reason, it's used to match your excessive carbohydrate intake that you are using to grow. They use insulin to take the load off there pancreas and help shuttle nutrients when your body can't keep up with the food intake. I'm going to assume you're nowhere's near needing insulin to manage your carbohydrate intake.
Also, you can throw the word safe out the window with insulin. It's not as dangerous as people make it sound out to be, but at the same time, you can screw up and die. Insulin is very low on the list of things that most people in bodybuilding need. Using insulin when you don't need it could also make you a diabetic, or you can go hypoglycemic and fall asleep and never wake up, lots of fun stuff can happen
