Insulin protocol without gaining Fat???????

is it possible to not gain fat from a small amount of Humalog r insulin, with out any AAS?

im done with aas for now.

here are supps i would have

CJC-1295
GHRP-6
peg MGF
IGF-1 L3
T-3

I know its all diet and the ratio of carbs and fat,
something like humalog 3 x week , start out with 4ius post work out, followed by 60g whey protein, 90g simple carbs and sugars. then an hour later have a low fat meal like chicken breast, brown rice, vegs. then hour and half later have a similar meal, ?????

yes its possible. depends on many factors but with small amounts slin and concomitant use of the other peptides its possible to even lose some fat.

the PWO meals sound ok too.
theres numerous threads with info on how to take the petides you have so just follow some of those protocols all over the net.

not bad. a few changes:

if you can afford it, do 500mcg pegmgf each shot.
shoot the slin with the igf(same syringe if you want or at least same time, dont wait 15 minutes as we want that slin to working with the nutrients you are going to consume PWO.

increase the whey to at least 60g(at both sittings). I dont know your bodyweight + bf% to better say but 40g isnt enough as your body can use a lot more at this PWO opportunity.

i got done wit long test tren cycle, now that im done with my post cycle i started igf and ran it for a month at 25mcg bi into mucsle trained 3xweek, and just finished, i have done it in the past before so maybe my new cells from prevous igf had matured, because i love this stuff, bottom line i cant stop eating, serously every hour i need a chicken breast or tuna, and i dont gain FAT, i acutally gain muscle and loss fat after my test tren cycle. IGF is def my fav supp!!!

i agree, igf is like gold. you will also like the gains you get from cjc+ghrp6. oh and pegmgf gives you a nice muscle fullness as well as some localised growth. but i prefer regular mgf for that purpose.

oh and yeah make it 75g whey for the 1st PWO shake. drop to 60g for the 2nd one.
 
for the pegmgf did you mean 500mcg x 2 each dose? i cant aford that was going for more like 200 to 250mcg each muscle so total of like 400 to 500mcgs.
i only can get peg version, a thought it was more effective because on how stable it is.

i was thinking twice about using the cjc-1295/ghrp-6, manely the price, if i did it i would want full effect so 6 months min. now i can afford the ghrp-6 3 x a day. but the cjc would be exspenisve. do you really think i should add it in or do ghrp-6 with no cjc?, and since im 25 would it be effective enough?

and for my humulin/mgf/igf cycle do you think i could add 25mcg of t3 to help with fat since i have no aas?

250mcg into each will be do fine. i used more but its all about sources. peg vs non-peg is a debate for another time. but i found the regular to be stable enough for what i needed it for.

yes cjc should be ran with ghrp6. you are not too young, to release lots of gh from your pituitary.

yes add the T3, you could up that to 50mcg without worrying(with no AAS).
 
can you break it down for me on what you think would be the most cost effective way to add cjc /ghrp-6 with the less sides like water retention etc...

kind of flaunts rules to discuss prices/sources etc. just depends where you get it, seems like average market prices though.

if you run say 50mcg cjc + 100mcg ghrp6 3x day you wont see much if any sides.
