Insulin mimetics on a bulk

So obviously we know guys use slin for adding size. All I see on these insulin mimetics is the eat your cheat meal and dont get fat crap. Has anyone used these for a bulk to actually help add size? And if so when and how did you dose

They help partition nutrients better. People will take with cheat meals to help partition to muscle instead of fat and prevent fat gain. As far as using to gain size, they are just tools and can be used for that purpose but the overall outcome will depend largely on nutrition and training.

If you do decide to try one, CnP Predator is an awesome product!

A few of them do, but the heavy hitters are NA-R-ALA and Saffron. Saffron has some very interesting studies backing its use specifically for muscle tissue specificity when moving glucose around.

Hi there!

Any literature readily available to support this? I’m assuming it’s nutrient partitioning effects are secondary to its impact on AMPk? If so, is it truly muscle-specific insulin sensitivity enhancement or would insulin sensitivity be increased in adipose as well?
