I just added some insulin to my stack(DMZ, epi and 1 Andro), I am starting off at 5 iu preworkout. I hear insulin is best with HGH but I can't afford that. Would throwing MK677 into the mix be beneficial?(as it is a GH segretagogue)

Yes it does. I recommend 5mg cialis pre-workout (2 hours before workout), together with 5 iu slin + intra-workout carb shake with at least 50gr sugar/a tablespoon glycerol (vegetable glycerin) and a teaspoon salt. Do it and thank me later. If you never did this hyper hydration protocol, you will be stunned.

Do this and AVOID everything that makes your shoulder pop out -or you have to start all over again.
 
Lmaooo bro u think I havent done that im.not a dummy or rookie it's just lifting damages my muscles in my shoulder so I need something go repair and I read mk677 does that I already have my strength but of course u dont understand once u go under surgery u wont ever have the same strength as u did before in shoulder situation
 
And I had dislocation problems before surgery too but my strength kept increasing but since I got surgery it's the opposite hold me back in the gym

Sorry to hear that PT is not helping like it should. I'm also sorry that I don't understand anything. Sorry for your flimsy popping shoulder.
Did I say I'm sorry? If not, sorry for that. Maybe some growth hormones make your shoulders bigger and they pop louder, that would be awesome! Sorry for the joke.

Took me 6 month of PT to heal my shoulders (+ BPC +TB-500 + MK+ PEG-MGF + Gear). Took me almost 2 years to heal my knees with PT (+ anything imaginable, including injecting veterinary meds for dogs into my knees). You were saying, you did it all -and it did sh1t. Well, try harder -and longer. MK-677 MAY help keep inflammation down a little -but in the end, its muscles holding the joints in place, when tendons are not. Hence, strengthening the muscles (takes as long as building any muscles, doah, hint: at least a few months) is the ONLY way, besides screwing your arms onto your sides with rusty bolts.
MK builds as much muscles, by its own, as oreos do. Don't believe me? I did up to 80mg/d for 6 month, back in time when most of you were taking upskirt pics of girls in school.
 
My doctor said my shoulder wont be the same and that surgery was not supposed to fix it 100% it was just supposed to help me pop my shoulder back in easier if it ever poped out again

Do what I suggested: VID. Do it with those sh1tty rubber bands with PERFECT form. Later (after 8 weeks maybe) progress to cables. It will take AT LEAST 6 month. Use your brain. No heavy weights. Do every set to failure -or near failure. Do it every 3 days. Do NOT do ANYTHING that makes the shoulders pop. Do not use braces or anything, because it WEAKENS the muscles by doing the work for them. Use those on off days.
You will not grow during the PT, do not even try chest, shoulder -or back exercises. Do legs and abs. Concentrate all on the PT and healing. There is NO other way. It works -if not I send you one of my testicles, left or right, you can chose.

Tell your doctor to fugg off. Here on AM are dozens of people, who supposedly would be never lifting again. I'm one of them. The doctor does not know that you will be able to grow huge supportive muscles through sweat and tears -but that is the key. Believe me -or go to your doc and get some cortisone shots, that make your already under developed muscles vanish for good.
Don't wine and mention your doctor and surgery. Be a man and fix yourself. Do it with brain enabled, smartazz-behaviour disabled.

PT is serious business. It is like lifting but on a small scale. All science applies equally. Protein, check. Progressive overload, check, perfect form, check, feeling a burn, check, getting a pump, check, rest days for growth, check, roids work, check...

I been lifting good till I decided to play a game of basketball at my gym and so I was tryna block a **** and so I forgot and extended my arm with the problems and it got dislocated so im.never gonna play basketball again. Agte thag

No more basketball -no more anything that puts your shoulder at risk. Instead of switching rubber bands for more load, do TUT instead (time under tension). If reps exceed 15, go slower, like 3-4 sec up/down(left/right) until you are again at about 10 reps. If any exercise makes the shoulder pop, modify it by manipulating angles (correct posture) until it works. Pain at a scale from 0-10 while doing the PT should not go over 6. (5 is a pinch, 6 is nipple twister, 7 is a cigarette burn, 8 is cayenne pepper on the dick... you got it, right?) If pain is higher than 6, lower resistance -or weight.
When watching the vid, look at the form, like NOT separating elbow from your body, correct angles! I swear, its not as easy as you think and the lowest cable weight you will not move with some exercises when beginning. That's why rubber bands.

Lmaooo I dont want to I' dont play basketball like that I was just waiting for my gym partner to finish his game up but they wanted to me to play too so I did and got injured ruined my whole workout rotmutine
 
I had an automatic impulse in the arm that had surgery and I forgot about it so I extended by accident man this sucks

Here what I NOT do to keep my shoulders safe:

-bench press over 225lbs (doing 20 reps with 225 and SLOW, instead of 5 reps with ...whatever) meaning for you, use a weight you can rep 20 times,
if you do 21 reps, do them 3 sec. up/ 3 sec. down...now you do only 10 reps, got it? :)
-over head presses (doing bradford press with olympic bar for 65+reps per set)
-db arnold presses (don't do them, fugg arnold)
-side laterals with heavy DB's (I use mostly 20lbs DB's, its HOW I do the exercise -not with how much, I go NEVER to zero position)
-standing front raises (I do declined bench raises instead, head pointing downward)

Will that develop shoulders???

Yes, without slin works too for massive pump, the cialis would be like a pump-turbo. Just for hydration and pump, put all your goodies in one -or two shaker bottles. Per bottle use 5 teaspoons sugar, one teaspoon salt, one tablespoon glycerol. The sugar is needed to spike insulin, that shuttles all nutrients (salt creatine, whey, bcaa, citrulline -or whatever) into the muscles. The glycerol helps to keep the water in. What is GDA?

Note: When using slin, up sugar accordingly.

I think he may be referring to a glucose disposal agent. Like ala, berberine, etc...
 
if you are taking all those orals, and are going to use insulin, why not just use Injectable AAS. I’m not recommending it at all insulin, but if your going to do it, the regimen your doing sounds crazy to me. Your doing an oral only cycle but still using needles.... I mean I understand the synergy between AAS Growth and Insulin, but using the combo you listed and with a hurt shoulder just sounds fkn nuts to me...

Ah. Nah, not needed -nor very useful, IMHO, unless you want to control a borderline diabetes long term.

Maybe so but this borderline retarded... most guys will do at minimum a test only cycle before anything yet alone slin. But hey to each his own.
