Insomnia with any type of estrogen blocker

So I've ran a few cycles with proper pct and they have gone well, however I have noticed that whenever I have a slight concern about gyno which has happened and I try to use an actual AI (letro etc) or OTC ( e-control rx,) I absolutely cannot sleep, any reason behind this? I know estrogen is necessary for proper sleep but it seems like everyone can run AI or at least OTC AI's without experience insomnia just wondering if anyone could shed any light on this because its driving me nuts and when I say insomnia I mean literally a week with getting an hour of sleep a night is what happens
 
I have the same issue with AI's. In for an answer. I hate having to choose between sleep or waking up with bloat and puffy nipples.
 
Never had any issues with insomnia but used to get some pretty intense night sweats while taking letro. Was dry as fu$ck though so that was nice
