i have been on sus500 a wk and dec 300 a wk and seem to be having insomina, i know i have some life stress but seems that I can connect it to that, has anyone every had this happen? just curious

I deal with insomnia now and my cycle has not even started yet. There are many sleep aids out there if you don't mind going that route, personally I stay away from them as most cause dependancy with repeated use.

My advise would be to try and go to bed an hour or two earlier than usual to make up for lost sleep time. This does not help me because i have had insomnia since I was about 14, but for most this helps.

Good luck.

gunz not a bad idea, I shall try it and see what happens.

Jay are you taking it by itself? if I was you I would do some searching but I believe most here tell you to atleast take some kinda of test to combat the deca d**k if anything. but I could be wrong I am not very versused in this field as others here are

Check out melatonin and/or valerian. Melatonin may cause a bit of next day grogginess but not as bad as diphenhydramine (generic Benadryl). Valerian may also help if there's any anxiety associated with the insomnia. If these don't help then give Benadryl (diphenhydramine) a try. If that doesn't help talk to your doc.

Watch your caffeine intake as well. Don't eat right before you hit the sack. Have sex (if you're married)...

ok chucke i am going to try a few things the next cpl days and see what happens. im only concerned with a) being dependent on a sleep aid b) grogey the next day. so i shall try the not eating and going to bed earlier.

Definitely this. I use both of these and I pass out good after about 20-30 minutes. I did have BAD restless leg syndrome until I got bloodwork done and showed my iron levels were low. Is it RLS or just a hard time sleeping in general ??

Your brains a powerfull muscle if u got life stress's on your mind it could very well keep u from falling a sleep
I have had this problem latley being laid off from work and even a Valium wasn't enough to help me get to sleep
I have had some sleeepless nights over the last few months cause of my active brain
I agree with the others melatonin does help but if u don't go to bed with a clear head not much seems to help it may be the current cycle u r on but I never seemed to have a problem falling out in the past even during heavy cycles of anabolics
Try to find away to clear ya mind before hitting the bed
j know the feeling it sux to roll around all night I wish the gym was open all night I'd probably find myself there in the middle of the night latlley y
Just my 2 cents bro hope it helps ya

I guy at work told me when he has a hard time falling asleep or is super stressed out about something, that he just lays there and play a round of golf in his head. Every swing and putt. Before he knows it hes out.
