I need some input on the proper diet to run during a Hemaguno/Furaguno stack. I dropped from 231 to 182 and took my BF% from 23 to 12. Want to hit single digits, but tired of dieting. Ready to train for strength again. Current diet is 350-400gms of protein, 100-130gms fats, less than 50gms of carbs for 4 days. 5th day, I cut protein in half, dump fats to less than 40gms, and carb twice my bodyweight. I use Gaspari Superpump 250, 1 scoop before morning cardio, 2 scoops before afternoon training. Planning to solo Hemaguno for 2 weeks, overlap with Furaguno for two weeks, then solo Furaguno for last two weeks. Supplemented with daily dose of Milk Thistle. Any info is appreciated.
