injury question - continue cycle or PCT?

Question for you guys...

I injured my lower back and my doc is telling me to start popping alleve and a muscle relaxer she wrote a script for (supposed to be mild) for the next TWO weeks. I'm currently on week 4 of this cycle which I posted in the "SD+m4ohn" thread:

week 1: 8mg m4ohn + 4mg mdien
week 2: 8mg m4ohn + 4mg mdien
week 3: 8mg m4ohn + 20mg SD
week 4: 8mg m4ohn + 20mg SD
week 5: 8mg m4ohn + 8mg mdien
week 6: 8mg m4ohn + 8mg mdien

I'm debating dropping the cycle and starting PCT for two reasons: one, the anti-inflammatories probably aren't great for my liver, and two, I am going to be limited in the gym (no deads, squats, SLDL, or heavy rows). So it's kinda like, what's the point?

On the flip though, PCT can be harsh on the liver too. And it's not like I can't do any exercises, just not ones that involve the lower back.

So, if I start taking the alleve and muscle relaxer, would it be best to drop the cycle and start PCT (which would be RXT) or just finish it anyway? I only have about two weeks left on cycle. I guess the other option could be to go off for 2 then back on to finish, like a 4on/2off/2on thing. I don't know...I'd appreciate any tips. Thanks.

I would take off completely from wieghts and take this time to recuperate. I would stop the cycle and start your PCT. No need to further aggrivate your back injury further. Just relax and take it easy for the next 2 weeks and heal up your back and let your whole body rest and rebuild, you dont want to end up permanently injuring your back or cause even more damage which will put you out for a long time.
