Injured my back during squats how to proceed?

Ok so I was heavy squatting and felt pain in my back. Iam positive my core is week compared to my legs.
I stopped going to the gym for a week pain got weaker but when I start squating it starts hurting right away with low weight.
I attached picture of where it hurts.
I have cyclobenzapr (muscle relaxer) that I could start taking. By doing so I guess it would be good idea to stop working for some time.

Give yourself plenty of time to heal, roll on some tennis balls in a tube sock to see if it helps the are feel better. I doubt it's anything terribly bad. When you hit the gym again, make sure you have a belt, and if you don't know how, learn how to execute a proper valsalva maneuver.
