Injection question ha it rhymes.

For the last two injections of test enanthate I've rotated between bum cheeks.

I was talking to my mate who is a competing bodybuilder. (massive too)

He went mad at me for injecting dead in the center of the bum cheek ?

He said i risk swelling etc.

Now after injecting into my right cheek i feel very slight pins and needes in my feet. have i ****ed up ?

the reason i injected dead centre into my bum cheek is because my trainner is also a competing body-builder and does the same ? what do the pins and needles mean ? x

So i'm really confused. !

you could have hit a nerve, i wouldnt stress it.

but yeah do not inject "dead center of your bum cheek"

Please review the site that Mr. Hump provided. Did you draw blood while aspirating?

Review the site provided above... U can also open ur hand wide so all fingers are spread apart, place ur thumb on ur pelvic/hip bone (fingers pointing down) the area your hand convers is good to inject... But make sure u do aspirate to make sure ur not in a blood vessel.
