injection pain/ warm redness spreading...

I am using kalpa test E, Bit of bad pip but not bad, anyway I decided to switch it up into my delts, 1in 23 gauge 1ml of test e was injected.
Anyway This was tuesday and the next day it was bit read around site... then now its about 6 inches high 5 inches wide. and its a bit warm to touch. bit of pain but not too bad and no fever... Just did other delt and started noticing a bit of redness building up at that site now... Just wanted to know if I should prolly seek a doctor or just wait it off? Wouldnt want an infection to sit. anyway let me know you're thoughts - 6'2 225 pounds 21 years old, first cycle besides an oral dianbol cycle few years back.
 
I would seek medical attention, if it's an infection it could spread fast and your health will deteriate quite quickly. He will probably prescribe you some antibiotics and it will clear the infection up pretty quickly if infact there. If you're worried about telling him how and why it happened don't they are not at liberty to shre your medical information. and if you're embarrased say it's from a vitamin b12 injection.
 
Are you using different syringes every time? seek medical attention just for the risk factor. I wouldn't lie to the doctor about what you took if they see you're a jacked guy he's not going to buy into you saying you're injecting something else. just be honest he'll slap your wrist and give you stuff and send you on your way. just make sure you wipe off the area with rubbing alcohol first and never re use a syringe that's how infections happen.
 
say u shot b12 and u didnt really know what u were doing, you want that stuff on your medical records, life insurance anyone
