Injection issue..

So I am a little worried right now, I just injected some test into my glutes and as always I plunged to see if I hit a blood vessel I did not see anything I thought so I kept on injecting. It was painless and felt the same as every other injection I have done in the past. When I pulled out I saw a very minute spec of blood the syringe... what the **** I thought to my self. Basically I am worried a injected into a vessel. Since I inject my self it is some times difficult to get a clear view of the syringe when I aspirate to check for blood. So I am very worried I ****ed this one up.

Are there any symptoms I should be on the lookout for....
 
You're fine. I did that on my 3rd injection into my glutes and was worried as you are. When you pulled out you could've gone through a small vein and a bit of blood snuck in. If you were sitting in a vessel or artery, blood would come into the syringe without you even aspirating.
 
One more thing.. I have never hit a blood vessel before but for those of you who have.. does the blood easily fill the syringe when aspirating... is it easily noticeable to tell if you have hit a vessel or must you aspirate with much effort? I use a 23g/1.5" needle.

Noticeable??? Blood basically shoots across the room upon pulling the needle out when this happens, so yeah. When aspirating blood will fill up the syringe with just the slightest plunger-pull, doeosn't take much effort at all. Just as much effort as it takes to aspirate...

If you shot enough oil into a bloodvessel to effect you, you'd know it. It will hit you as soon as you do it since it's going intraveinously. It would probably make you pass out or throw up, etc...
 
That's why I inject SLOWLY. And possibly aspirate a second time half way through. If you're injecting into a vein or artery, I think it takes 12 seconds or so for the blood to circulate, so if you start to feel something and you're injecting SLOWLY this minimizes the risk. Just a thought.

Yeah I inject very slowly and run the vial under warm water before hand. My g/f refuses to help me do it, she has a needle phobia and could never do it unfortunately. I may start injecting into the quads to make things easier.

Yeah, after the blood reached your lungs, took 10 seconds to circulate, that's when the fun began. I hate to think it will happen to me one day. I love injecting a measly .6-.7 ml of prop.
 
accidentally putting some grapeseed oil into a vessel and putting some EO based gear into a blood vessel are two very different things.

Oil sucks, dont get me wrong. Fever, itching, coughing, nausea...

EO on the other hand is unbelievable. First, you can taste it immediately. it feels like its gas coming out of your nose and mouth. Then you get the itching coughing lung problem as the stuff starts to mess with your lungs......then the nausea, then the fever, then some more coughing, then some more coughing, then a piss that smells like EO, then a **** that smells like EO...then some more nausea.

I actually have managed to do this twice within two weeks. Be mucho effin careful when injecting EO. A little oil isnt a big killer deal, a little EO definitely is.
 
haha, EO is a biatch... but even if you get it into the muscle and not in a blood vessel it still sometimes seems to leak into the blood somehow... you get asthma like lungs and you can feel it. No matter how careful aspiration is done, the side effects jomi822 talked about seem to occur at various times...
 
yah but on the other hand it is like water, you can inject through a 29'' insulin pin, not that you would find that in 1''.... but i know it can go through 30G aswell

it can also hold more product in solution...those on heavy cycles will find it a godsend....turning 4 injections a week into 2, sort of speak.

Some also have no type of inflammation or reaction at the injection site.

Sometimes you can hit small capillaries when injecting and it will cause a small amount of localized bleeding from the injection site when withdrawing the needle......nothing to worry about bro it's very common. If you aspirate and get blood in the syringe you're either in the vein, or the needle tip is in very close proximity of a vein you went through.....if that's the case abort that injection.
 
it is common to have oil based gear thats is a small percentage EO.

now a new trend coming along is completely EO based gear. big diff
