Answered Injection in a tendon?

Did an in injection in pretty much the same area in glute as always but it was like a hit a hard tissue or muscle now there is like a 4 in long hard muscle or something hard back there anyone had this before? And its sore like a really tight muscle that hasn't relaxed. First time experiencing 8tjust curious on thoughts

Assuming you know where to inject it could be scars tissues if you been injecting for very long.

Same spot as usual give or take a centimeter. It's like a 4inch by 1 inch tensed up muscle back there now just odd it hasnt relaxed since yesterday...

Hmm that’s really unknown to me sorry lol I’ve never read anything like that before.. maybe some people will chime in
