I have been reading through what limited info is available. How is everyone dosing? Script will allow for 250 daily or 500 mg three times weekly. I was leaning to 500 mg three times weekly before workouts . I could always supplement with transdermal as well I suppose but I want to stay away from oral due to the theoretical vascular side effects. Do yall take it in AM fasting, with carbs or pre workout ?
 
It would depend on the reason your using it. I prefer a higher dose and a higher frequency, like 500 daily. At the same time it is a royal pain in the ass to constantly have to keep pinning it every day on top of whatever else you might be using and it gets old really fast. @Hyde might remember a few protocols from the beastfitnessraido podcast we use to listen to. I miss that pod
 
For fat loss, taking it fasted before cardio or a workout will increase endurance and transportation of fats for easier burning. As much as you can afford & handle for that.

Otherwise, 200mg at a time does about everything else you could want (better health, fertility, use of your androgens, recovery, learning/adaptation, increased endurance and pumps combined with carbs preWO, sexual health). So 250 daily, taken any time (pre sex, preWO, post WO, before a morning walk, with a glutathione shot for increased immune support), is a fine play.

You will feel 500 harder and sweat more taken preWO, so play with it and decide how you want to break it up. Shoot for at least 4 total days of use per week.

Yep, you got it. Just slower absorption/onset as it takes longer to hit the bloodstream. I supposed you could have less net effect if not enough is hitting at the same time too.

All in all, really not ideal. Not that hard to get a 27-28g 1/2” slinpin for a 1cc shot of this stuff somewhere IM. The PIP is rough enough as it is.
 
Hyde, can you please expand on the use for L carnitine Pre-sex? Never heard of it used for that purpose

I will say that pinning it sub q hurts like a b**** with this stuff, and the lump seems to take forever to disperse and it stays sore the whole time. I'm not speaking specifically about any sources It has happened with any source I've tried to go sub q. I did intentionally do 0.3ml of a 600mg/ml for a few weeks and eventually I just couldn't take it anymore 😂.

I want to add to this thread that if anybody can use like 1,200 mg a day this stuff is a fat burning inferno. You will sweat your balls off and have a shitload of endurance. And your sweat will also smell terrible.

With this stuff as far as the results go I do feel like more is better but at the same time a little goes a long way. Like Hyde said above. 200mg has a boatload of benefits
 
Thanks for the info. I may start with 500 4x a week and use transdermal the other days. Part of me wants to just shoot 500 a day and then send the trt clinic a refill request for 60 ml and see if they just fill it , probably best to try to stretch it out some though to start

I have heard some guys claim they feel it makes them enjoy it more. That may be placebo, but it will increase your stamina (physically, not time to orgasm) & pumps, which may be helpful if you were planning to really lay it down lol.

It will also make you sweat more for sure, so understand what you’re getting into.

I would NOT consider L-Carnitine a sexual supplement. It does support healthier sperm, better motility, etc if you are trying to conceive, but I digress.

There's a couple studies that show it had positive effects on ED as well as kinda a 1+1=3 effect combined with Viagra. But those studies were on middle age to older men post prostate surgery
