Not trying to change the topic of this thread, I’m actually considering some injectable carnitine later this summer now after reading this. But has anybody used and had success with HGH frag for fat loss.

I think you should start a new thread for that subject, IMHO.

If beardedbreast wants me too, I’ll delete and start another thread. No worries.

I personally have never used it but according to those who I have spoken with you must use in a fasted state and doses were 1000mcg per dose. They were then using that twice a day with cardio and of course training.

You would get better results overall by stacking GHRP2 and modGRF. Same fat loss benefits of GHFrag, but more overall benefits. Dose the GHRP2 and modGRF 2 to 3 times a day. I've seen bloods, and the amount of GH released is very high.

Read alot of reviews and updates on people using injectable l-carnitine and honestly I'm not convinced at the moment. Alot of positive talk but real world results seem lacking.

It has been a top seller for almost two decades for one company but it's not going to blow your mind. If you are not already dropping fat well it certainly is not going to change that fact. Added to an effective protocol and régime it does improve results and has many health benefits. If health is not a concern there are any number of cheaper and more effective drugs for sure. Alex Kikels book and the DBT write up on syntheteks website illuminate the product if you are looking to dig deeper into it.

I agree from what I have read and dug up. Guess always looking for a gamechanger that is non hormonal. If I ever see it for a good sale I will give it a run. With summer almost here it fits current timing just not sure if worth it yet. Thank you for the info.

Saw someone say 200mg long term is a great dose for enhancing androgen receptor density. That's pretty cheap if you run it like that. I am already vascular, but adding Carnitine has enhanced my vascularity noticeably. And I presently am not using pre workouts with vasodilators.

Everyone I know using injectable l carn are sold on it. 600mg seems to be the bare minimum to see results and there using 1-2gm per day! There telling me increased fat loss, better pumps, increased mental clarity, better in the bedroom for sex and sleep.

Sounds like the ultimate supplement lol.

Not sure why I haven't picked some up but it's on the todo list

Last time I loaded up on Carnitine, the mental clarity was excellent. However, it got to the point that I couldn't turn my brain off and started losing sleep. Anyone else experience that? I think I was taking 2g orally, twice per day. The tipping point was about 2 weeks in when it started hurting sleep.

A good ashwaghanda extract and some theanine before bed can help there.

I agree. At the same time, I'm not sure the benefits of carnitine for me are enough to justify using more supps to control the sides.

I'd rather use tyrosine for the focus effect and it wears off before bed unless I take way too much.

Also my intent isn't to be anti carnitine. Im simply curious if others felt over stimulated after a few weeks.

You are good. I personally don't feel too stimulated at night from my use. But if I have caffeine after 3, I'm done for.
