With meals for me .. although im sure ive missed few doses with deals and had no issues .. but if someone was starting out, i would say with meals to reap the full benefits of P5P since it has shown in studies to boost amino acid metabolism
I take it morning and then last thing before bed so whether it is with food or not is just coincidental for me. I've been spread so thin lately that my diet has not been consistent at all.
