Inhibit e dosing

Hey guys,

just wondering if inhibit e best to take spaced out throughout the day or in one hit? Also more effective on empty or with food?

have had some elevated estrogen on bloodwork (no cycle involved), I used cel pct assist but unfortunately didn’t make any difference to my numbers at my latest bloods so giving inhibit-e a go. Will have some updated bloods in 2-3 months for comparison after this run also.

Space it out and I personally take it with food but as long as it doesn’t upset your stomach either way should be fine.

thanks for that. At 3 caps a day it is actually too strong! Really feeling it in my joints already after 4 days, will reduce to 1 cap twice a day, 5 days on, 2 off. Will post up my next bloodwork when I have it.
