Infrared Heat wrap

I don't really know where else to post this, but it's more a question of curiosity rather than actual consideration. Do you guys think those infrared heat wraps actually work like they say? They reputedly burn something like 800-1000 calories, depending of course on how long they're worn.

Dont think they burn any cals specally not that much just makes you sweat like crazy.
