Infidelity

That is why I love the military, cannot mess with another persons spouse. While they can't prosecute the civilian spouse, what they do if you are on a sponsored tour over seas, the military ships the civilian back to where they came from. On the issue of Prenup, I am total agreement for having one. When I went thru my divorce, my ex asked for the car, I said sure, as long YOU make the payments. I am not for paying for something that you and your new beau (no pun intended) can enjoy.

I'd *****n kill her! Doesn't matter with whom she cheated, male, female, dog, someone she truly loved-more than me or whatever. I don't do it to her she shouldn't do it to me. If there are problems then we should try to work them out first. If she doesn't love me anymore and wants to be with someone else, then our marriage needs to end appropriately. I feel blessed to have the love of my wife, but I would kick her in her ear hole and she damn well knows it.

There is a tort called "alienation of affection" which entitles the victim to sue on the spouse's lover. I am not sure how much you could recover though... if anyone finds out let me know.

I believe that applies in certain states (like NC), but not CA. I may be wrong.
