infection or not help needed

I just started my cycle 4, Days ago and 1st shot went well of sus and deca but next day and till now it has been extremely s doctor ore to bend and it's hot and like the faintest red in the area and swollen is this mean infection or something else help would be great or I'll just probes go to

You don't want to mess around with an infection. If it is red, sore and hot to touch I would have my doc check it out. In the mean time use a heating pad, roller and stretch.
