Increasing Veins?

Ok i dont quite know the tech. word for it.. but i heard eating extra permasean cheese will increase veininity (sp?) .. is this true? My veins only pop when i work out and then there gone no matter what i try. HELP IS APPRECIATED THANK YOU :) :)

Someone was lying to you my man. lol. No need to cut a bunch of cheese.

Increased vascularity will result mainly from decreased subcutaneous bodyfat, and will further be increased by "harder" muscle. The denser, harder, and more defined the muscle beneath, the more it will push the veins to the surface.

Many products claim increased vascularity, but they aren't going to maintain an increase in vascularity unless your bodyfat is low enough.

I'm sorry but that is hilarious, and now I will also use this word. We should get this put into the english dictionary somehow.

I've heard accounts that Aspire 36 enhances the blue vein, does that help? FWIW, I have been told the medical term for this is something like "swollen hootis".

Does a lot of it have to do with genetics too? I feel like my veins are way under my skin...or I have thick skin. I'm not that fat either.

In my experience NO supplements increased the veiny look on me due to increased blood flow. But I have a low bodyfat %.

Your veins will get more visible when your muscles grow...bigger muscle needs more blood supply -> thicker, more visible vein.

Alcohol also seems to have a temporary vacularity effect because of it's vein widening effect.

There are several factors that seems to enhance vascularity in your body (or at least for me anyway)

1. Heat and humidity. - I think this allplies to many. Check your vascualirity in the winter time versus the summer.

2. Low bodyfat - Yes you will get the occassional oddity that is 30% b.f. and still vascualr, but look at the majority of people at say 10% b.f. versus 20% or higher.

3. NO type prodcuts. These are vascilators versus caffeine which is a constrictor.

4. Alcohol - Yes, even alcohol will have this effect. Not that I condone the use of it, but every now and then I enjoy a cold brew or 2. When I drink a few cold ones on a hot humid summer day, I look like I'm ready for the stage :D

Hope this helps understand a bit better. And no whoever told you that cheese will increase vascularity should be :trout:

Notice the difference in being able to see the veins in your hands (less fat area) than per-say your back, chest, thighs, ect.?
