Increasing Recreate dose?

I just finished my first bottle of recreate, dosing 2 twice a day. I have had great results, and am satisfied with my progress. I was just wondering if I could up it to 5 or 6 a day. I feel very little if anything of an increase in energy. I stacked it with adrenalean to get a boost, but I also finished my second consecutive bottle of adrenalean, and now I need a break from it. If I cannot go up in dose, is there a stim that would stack well with recreate?
 
If you had no adverse reactions, I do not see any major issues. However, that much Forslean may give you some gastrointestinal distress.
 
I've been running 3 caps 2x day for a few weeks now. Things are going well and plan to run through my third bottle at this same dosage.
 
I have also been running my recreate at 6 caps a day for a week and a half no. I take 2 in the morning, and then 1 cap every 3-4 hours later with one before bed. I have not had any probs thus far and I am also stacking clen at 125mcgs a day.
 
Yea but have you noticed any evidence of increased fat loss over the 4 caps? I am tempted to go to 6 but don't know if the effects will warrant plowing through bottles like that.

I believe it has stepped it up a bit. Also, take into account I am ~270.
 
Thank you for the quick replies. I will try to up it to 3 in am, 2 later, just to see if I do have GI issues. I will be bumping it up next week, and will update here on how well I do.
 
I dosed 3 ReCreate prior to leg day today for the first time (and kept my later dose the same of 2 + 1 tab of caffeine) and noticed a dramatic increase in sweat production during leg day. Pouring during the 20 reps of 4 on lunges. I plan to run this dose (and maybe even go 3/3 and drop the caffeine or go 3/2/1+caff) for the remainder of this bottle/cut cycle. Will let you guys know if anything notable appears.

Oh and no adverse reactions to additional foskolin. On the way to the gym I was thinking "your a complete dumbass" to try the additional dose and thus additional forskolin on leg day, but no GI problems what so ever.

That was risky lol you could have bottomed out on a squat if you know what i mean.:dump:
 
Update!

This is basically an update that I promised I would give with my increase in dose. Today, i did 3 caps am, then 2 pm. Noticed improved energy with 3, almost non-existant appetite, and increased thermo response. NO gi distress, yet, so all is good. I will stay at this dose until I feel a need to increase. Results have been amazing thus far, easily my favorite non-eca stack product.
 
I think 3 preWO AM works well - good concentration and elevated body temp throughout the day. I usually dose another one about 3pm.
