Hey guys, I am just a bit lost here... does anyone have any noticably beneficial ways to increase fertility in women, my girlfriend just did the test and she is low, out of the range. She is not in shape, but she is not large she could lose maybe 10kgs and be fit, diet is ok, not training atm because of workplace injury.

I am wondering if that has affected the results at all, she is extremely stressed atm and not too active. Just a bit lost as we are planning on having a kid in the next year or so.

She has been referred to a specialist.

There are a lot of factors that can cause infertility in women, but my first thought would be high prolactin.

High prolactin levels, also known as hyperprolactinemia, can cause infertility in women. It's one of the leading causes of infertility in women aged 25–34.

We get some referrals from ob gyn fertility doctors for Inhibit-P for this reason.

I knew you'd comment haha. Are there any negatives taking the inhibit p, if it's not 100% necessary?

How long have you and your wife been trying? Just curious me and my wife went through some struggles on are first child. We went to a fertility specialist as well, she did 2 rounds of letrozole and the second round it happened.

She also battled PCOS (still does) but for are second child there was no issues and it just happened on its own.

For are first child it’s took almost 2 years. So my recommendation is definitely see the specialist and they will do tests and come up with a plan. We did not see a specialist until a year in.

Not that I'm aware of. There are a lot of people, both men and women, that take Inhibit-P for improved mood and increased libido, even if their prolactin isn't clinically low.

In the case of women, their prolactin levels can vary quite a bit throughout the month based on ovulatory phase, menstrual cycle, etc.

PCOS is always my second thought when I think of fertility issues in women.

D-chiro-inositol

Nothing will come close

It’s not cheap to get the correct dose
