Just wondering if there is a benefit of dosing more caps per day. I've read some threads where people are dosing 6 caps instead of 4.

Gotcha. Thanks for the reply. I was finishing up my first bottle and was wondering if I should kick it up for the 2nd. I will keep it at 4 caps.
