Hello,
I Have had gyno since I was 16 as far as I could recall. As I leaned out from 235lbs of fat to 210lbs of muscle over the next decade something became obvious, my lower chest would never go away even when i dieted down to the 190s at 6ft 1 and having an anabolic build. During cycles the nipples would puff up and get pointy and honestly im sick of it. No matter how hard I work they would never improve.
Fast forward to July 2024, I got a consult and the plastix surgeon said gyno removal and chest lipo would fix my issue. After realizing I would be in recovery for a month regardless I decided to double down and get that stubborn pouch below my belly button sucked out and my 6pack carved out. make that 1 month downtime worth it.
Surgery is April 1st. Obviously I cant lift or be in a calorix deficit during recovery, and in my "cheat your body" ways from anabolics use I started wondering if bpc157 would help recovery.
Anyone use bpc157 for surgical recovery? I know its usually more of a joint thing.
