incarnate/purple wraath/poseidon

man thebigt is getting slim, weighed in at 238. only slight decrease in strength. whoooohoooo. mrs.t is very happy, my big a$$ was riding her hard. thanks guys for all your support. and aaron, if sam doesnt have new poseidon up by next week i will e-mail him.:bb3:
 
its time to do it again, will be starting incarnate/levi-r/swell/extend in about 2 weeks. might add MAN's primal male if it comes out in time. starting weight will be 228-232 it fluctuates, if you read first post you will see i have came a long way. i expect to get as close to 200 as possible this summer, i will probably add a variety of stuff but will run incarnate/swell the whole time.

257 to 227 feel like a different person. incarnate allowed me to push the limits again even at my age. 5 miles with 40lbs of ankle weights on in august.:cheers:
