Alright, so after the most destructive weekend of the last year or so, I am almost back to normal. I married off my boy, had LOTS o' fun.
I had the GM of my training company train my legs today, he knew I had a small pinch in my groin region last week and blew me up with iso-concentration moves. Needless to say, I got whipped. I did great though, I had expected failure at numerous times and avoided it. Barely...
I love when you can utterly destroy someone with almost NO weight. I have got the John wayne strut for two days to come; for sure.
Yesterday, as part of my pardon for my weekends actions, I did a two-a day workout. I did 42 minutes of cardio at 70% mhr in the AM. Then followed a very compound based all upper body lift focusing on back the most.
Tomorrow, I will focus on a rockin 40 minute core blast, with 30 minutes of cardio, with back and triceps to follow on Thurs.
I am almost out of levathan, which makes me sad.

But I have about another two weeks on the Incarnate, I have really liked them both so far. I have continually leaned, and made small strength gains with good recovery. Being 4 months into a diet, PAL has rocked me up a notch.
