Incarnate and X factor ?

I wanted to try X factor and was wondering if I can use Incarnate with it. I have an old shoulder injury and just used Super cissus rx with GREAT results. I was worried about joint problems with X factor. I know there are some problems with X and joint supp's. Any input would be great.
