Inbody scan

So I went to a local supp shop and they were giving away free body scans with some machine I've never heard of called the Inbody 370. Seems like a expensive piece of trash to me. Anyone have opinions on it?
The scan said I was 222 with 10.6% bf ( I highly doubt that honestly).

Have you been tested with calipers or BodyPod?

Ok. I use the machines and calipers as a low end estimate. BodyPod is dead on. I checked a couple days ago with calipers and it registered mine at 10.1%. I'm upwards of 12%.

I use Skulpt Chisel at home for a quick and easy measurement within like 1-3% when I need something more precise I schedule a bod pod session at my old college.
