my wife, my sister, my kids, my grandkids, my nephews, my nieces, my oldest grandkids all bought me supplements off list i gave them them...i should have quite the haul coming-it was a pretty long list
of course i know it won't come close to what i will spend on them, but it's great that they are old enough to start giving back,

The trick is to order from enough vendors you can’t be bothered to keep track of it all. My monthly Amazon subscription is even coming around now, and they send an email for every item. I am not tracking 10 different numbers; a week or so from now I’ll just take inventory to see if there’s anything I’m still waiting on

Couldn’t justify the Kabuki’s price tag (although it’s a really cool hex bar), so I grabbed the Bells of Steel open hex bar instead. It seems well built, but I’ll beat it up on Wednesday. Great customer service though. They pre-apologized for delayed shipping, but it was here in 3 business days

Nice! I've been looking at bells of steel for some new gym equipment. I'm planning to order a few items at the beginning of the new year and haven't decided where I want to purchase the items yet but bells of steel is definitely in the running.

I’m assuming you’re referring to the non-workout supplements here.
Chromium I take before breakfast because I’m on AAS and use more up than a natural individual would (and I’m 110kg and eat a fair amount of carbs). Astragalus I take with breakfast, boron either all with breakfast or split breakfast and last meal ideally because it seems to manage my hormones better split. Zinc will be between meals but never on an empty stomach, maybe an hour or whatever after breakfast. This helps prevent competing with other minerals for better absorption. I take my magnesium at night time.
NAC I take with my last meal pills out of convenience, but it can be taken any time with/without food, split or single dose. Berberine I am taking before bed right now because I am currently also taking Mk677 with CJC w/ DAC and damaging my insulin sensitivity.
The biotin is for my wife (her hair is beautiful and we like it that way!), and so is the Thyroid blend - that’s essentially a very solid, cheap all-in-one pill choice for her daily Zinc, Copper, Selenium, Iodine, and most B vitamins (she takes methyl folate separately). The Huperzine is to toss in preWO if making my own stack for the day (or I can dose it with my Mk677 for greater potential), and potassium caps we like to keep around for when traveling to competitions because they’re so easy to dose on the road. Or I can toss a handful back with a hugely salty meal to manage BP response better.
