Lol the only flavor I have tried of Focus I hated was rocket pop. Pink Lemonade, Grape Limeade, Candy Corn, Mango Pineapple, Blue Razz were all fine in cold water with a dash of salt (I try to salt most preWO drinks when I remember to, for performance hydration).
 
Total War was an ebay steal. Cinerate was from an AM promo email. I'm a sucker for a good dose of Hordenine. Cinerate could just be a good energy pill too.

Nice snag! I'm a total war fan myself. I'll say taste could improve slightly but the effects are worth it.

Got this in last week from EliteFTS. Used it on my knees before I drove to the gym last couple leg days - this stuff is awesome!

If you’ve ever used Equiblock or any other violent capsaicin-type hot creams that burn your skin, this is NOT like that. Goes on cool from the menthol but then quickly and GENTLY warms the area up - just enough to get it feeling very good & ready to jump into training. You can put neoprene or wraps right over it and it won’t get hotter or become noticeable or uncomfortable, and you will forget you even used it before long. Just gives you that smooth transition.

So yesterday I tried the Rocket Pop Focus XT for the first time and I actually thought it was pretty good. Maybe they've changed the flavor since you last had it? Whatever the case, I actually liked it.

Yeah I have a couple tubs right now. The carrot cake was decent, protein cookie fine just like decent vanilla. I mean average prob 7.5 or 8 /10 depending on flavor. Definitely worth it at those prices. Especially since the price of protein keeps going up 🤦‍♂️

Love noopept! 10mg with some choline really drives that learning/skill acquisition up hard.

I would go with a full cc of Stampede to get the full experience. It really works well for vascularity if you use it preWO two days in a row as the AMP builds up.

a full cc I guess maybe eventually. thanks for the info. i was kinda scared to do it lol. is it 5mg amp for the whole 20ml or is it 5mg per ml ?

Per ml. Trust me, that’s a tiny dose of AMP for IM administration. There’s a news story of a dumb kid in India taking hundreds of mg per day for months and, surprise, getting sick.
 
First Black Friday order from SNS came in. Haven’t tried any of these before, unless they were in something else and I didn’t pay attention. Grabbed the RK-500 after @thebigt raved about it in another thread, and I’m sure it was justified knowing that SNS puts out great products. Excited for the dynamine most though.
