I've been taking NOW's Ultra Omega 3 which has the same 2:1 ratio but dosed at 750mg combined per pill but these Jarrow's seem to have a slightly better "Cost" value when comparing total amount of EPA/DHA per bottle given current amazon prices. I may consider switching.

got a package of Quest Nutrition's new Maple Waffle Bars- I am obsessed. I really don't care for any of there protein bars or their cookies but I do love their Hero bars but this flavor is bomb!

The maple flavor goes away too quickly for me and then just the usual quest bar grainy texture.
 
16 of fiber in 1 bar would have my bowel movements destroyed. Not sure how people fit that amount of fiber into their already existing diet, unless of course your typically daily fiber intake is about non existent than their great I would think. Thats always been why I've steered clear of quest and many other bars on the market.

haha its funny how personal this is though... I can eat my entire days cals in nothing but quest bars and be totally fine.

I thought this maple waffle bar was dry flakey and tasted stale... would never buy again.. insane how quest bars went bad so fast. One bars are by far and beyond my favorite and go too
 
Man just scored some huge bargains.
Fitcrunch protein- plain but I will take it for $6.49 a tub.
MHP protein pudding- $2.49 a 6 pack
ProSupps my cookie-$10.24.
No Clow Fluffbutter- $4.23
Definitely some bargains to be had out there!!
 
At some point in here I posted a pic of AI Sports pumpkin pie protein powder and got a request for feedback so....

It smells a lot better than it tastes, just like pumpkin pie. I was encouraged when I opened the tub. I've done a sludge and shake so far and I'd say you'd really have to love pumpkin pie to like this powder. Using it daily is going to get old. Using it every so often wouldn't be bad. I would rate it a 5 out of 10. After thinking about it, it tastes like a slightly burnt pumpkin pie. It's not sweet at all and could be sweeter for my liking. I watched a review on it, and they thought it tasted like pumpkin pie crust which is also a decent description. I can't say it's a good flavor.

Are they still up and running? I rely on them for support supps, I stock up when they have sales. Seems like they haven't had one the past few holidays.

This is kind of funny because AI Sports is on of my Favorite Pumpkin Protein Powders, just go to show we all are different and have different taste and desires !!

Deals from sites that aren't board sponsors, correct? I've done that before and have recieved an infraction.

I don't even care about that. I understand you want to save him, and others, some money. But I have said it before and I will say it again, the way you word some of your posts are sometimes argumentative and even condescending. Over text, it is hard to tell one's demeanor, which is why one should be clear.

You could have easily said, next time you're in the market for those cookies, let me know, I could get a better deal for you. Sounds informative and helpful.
