they have a standard 2-day shipment viz fed-ex in dry ice. It wouldve been fine if the box wasnt ripped open and let all the ice melt. Nothing I could have done from my side as I was home the day they delivered. Im sure they will reship. Theyve already gotten back to me and put me in touch with the ice cream co. directly

That sucks
I get live fish (piranha) over night shipped to my house and one time I got a box that was crushed and wet. Let's just say they sent me a new fish lol.

Taste

Unflavored – Ghost Size is an unflavored product that can be added to a peri-workout supplement. Combined with Ghost Legend you can not even taste it, or you could mix it with Ghost Amino’s. If you are to mix with a protein shake there may be a bitter aftertaste due to the raw materials. I would use this pre/intra workout to utilize the benefits of the ingredients based in the product. Overall not much to note here.

Ghost Size mixes with ease. I used around 10-12oz of water for 1 scoop of the product when in conjunction with other pre/intra workout based products. I did not see any left over powder sitting at the bottom or clumps in my shaker bottle. No problems to note here.

It is very well rounded and a unique spin on a muscle building and creatine based product. Once you factor in what you get it makes it a worthwhile buy.

That ice cream will probably last him 3 months. He is a very disciplined ( he has that everything in moderation thing down) I would eat a tub at a time.

I'm pretty good about snack food but ice cream and potato chips have no place in my home. And what I mean by that is if they find a place in my home they quickly find themselves not in my home but in my belly. Lol. So I just don't ever stop them or if I do I just go out and buy one thing of Ben and Jerry's and split it with my girl maybe once a month or so.

I used to buy unflavored whey from Robeks. But this stuff definitely looks good too. Anyone have experience baking with it like waffles or cookies or any of the other high protein baked goods that you can create using way?

Might be a dumb question but is there an accepted method to determine the efficacy of a GDA? I guess you could go by the mirror but that's dependent on so many things especially if you're running other stuff. Perhaps taking a t=0 glucose meter reading, take GDA, eat, take additional blood glucose reading? And then compare it to the same but without the GDA? Just curious
 
Wow, I really like how transparent Ghost is. I cannot recall the last time I saw a protein breakdown like that. I can remember one other brand, but I cannot think of it right now.
 
FYI for the Predator crowd... If you forget to take predator before your meal and the voice inside your head says "open the capsule and dump it on your tongue" so it can get in your system faster.... Ignore that vioce. That stuff tastes potent.

How much quicker would it get it to your system though? I've always been curious on capsule breakdown times. I would hope it wouldn't take very long given the extreme environment (low ph from the HCl). If anyone knows I would be interested! Thanks!

I can clearly tell when I used predator I increased my calories and lost weight and got leaner. I also noted even on cheat meals of donuts, ice cream, and foods that settle very heavy it would barley leave a dent in me. I do use a blood glucose monitor and my morning BG levels dropped when dosing predator pre bed

So yes there are many factors and ways to gauge a GDA, but i always like to keep all things consistent when i run new products and test them to see how potential a product is.

While many will run or try and log a stack of products and then it's impossible to say what X Y Or Z is doing

Thanks a lot for the insight man! That makes sense though for sure and I really appreciate it. Digestion does seem to be better on it. Out of curiosity, at what carb level (in grams) do people typically increase from 1 to 2 capsules? i.e 1 capsule for 25-75 g at a sitting and 2 capsules for >75 g

maybe 5min max... put a cap on a wet spot on the counter and watch how fast the shell disintegrates... its minimal difference.
 
You guys totally roped me into a Predator purchase since the code still works, thanks a lot! This will be my first time using a GDA. I always feel like I get super bloated during the winter. Sounds like this should help immensely.
 
Been using Predator with my 2 highest carb meals since I got it on Friday. I take it and then usually eat 10-15 minutes later. It's literally like I didn't eat at all. Super ultra enhanced digestion? Thanks pyrobatt for hooking us up with this deal!

Taste - First sip is a very dense and strong peach flavor. The peach is the dominant aspect in the mixture of flavors that is pure and refreshing. The mango is more of an aftertaste, but not very strong at all. I would give this a 70/30 ratio of Peach to Mango. While I am not a huge fruit person this is flavored very well and did a great job. If you like anything peach or mango you will greatly enjoy this one. I would put this #3 behind Cotton Candy and Starblast.

got 2 prep and 2 recover myself...can't beat the price.. and quality/ingredients of the products

I like adding prep to pre workouts that aren't highly dosed in citrulline or other goodies.. something like prep plus one scoop of Kraken is a terrific pre workout.. because 2 scoops of kraken(way to much caffeine) to get the benefits of all the other ingredients.
