I take a tab of r4w long with a scoop of jp8hardcore/nos ether mixed together--I like to take them 30 minutes pre, before they have fully kicked in, that way the intensity builds DURING workout...but that's just me...I am sure a hour before would work just fine!!!

A couple of recommendations:

1) I strongly suggest starting your DTP and Raw Test doses with only 1 at a time. I took 2-3 DTP when I started and spent most of those mornings in the bathroom
2) I followed the dosing instructions for Ether and did only 1 scoop per day for 3 days, now I do 1.5 pre workout (with JP8X) and 1.5 post workout (based on my bodyweight though). That seems to do well.

I haven't taken EF5 yet, but I'm planning to start adding 1 tab in with my Pre workout Ether/JP8X Hardcore blend.

Looking forward to seeing how it goes for you!

I use 6 scoops per day (2) Scoops in my oatmeal (Breakfast) (2) scoops in each shake 9am & 3pm

I took (2) Ready4War yesterday about 1pm and did 40 minutes of cardio at 1:30 great PWO for cardio you will sweet your fat off !!

lol...isn't it funny that many if not most of diesel 'haters' haven't even tried the products....I don't see many who have actually tried the products knocking them....just my observation.

The first Get Diesel Product I have ever tried was the NOS Ether, I have been using it and many other Get Diesel Products ever since !!

Just got a nice package, not worth a picture though.

2 bottles of Swanson KSM-66 (Jarrow 300mg/cap, 120 caps per bottle)
1 box of Quest Pumpkin Pie Bars.

Best thing was I paid $29 for all three items, shipped. This is my first time with KSM. I'm going to take two caps pre bed tonight and then try 1 in the am and one pm tomorrow and the upcoming days.

I was surprised when I looked at the expiration date yesterday November 2016. Not bad at all. The place where I got them from was running a promo where if you buy $25 worth of product, they threw in the box for free. And other coupons could be stacked.

I guess the pumpkin wasn't a big seller, lol...they aren't my favorite, but they aren't bad at all!!!

But seriously! I've done singer/songwriter type stuff for years and now I'm just getting into electronic music production. I'm into Trance and similar stuff. That's Ableton in the background. I'm working on learning my way around Sylenth1.

Sylenth1 is definitely a very good and powerfull softsynth but I need to admit I prefer Access Virus Ti2 and Clavia Nord lead synths. They are hardware ones and for me, they sounds much better :)

I only wish I could afford an Access Virus Ti2! I could plunk down $160 for Sylenth1, not so much for the Virus, but oh, how I want one! Totally jealous!

Amazing synthesizer. After trying/having all of those VA synths, Clavia Nord Lead 3 and Access virus Ti2 are my fav!

I have always been a creative person. Drawing, musicproduction +++.
I wanted to be cardesigner but I gave up.wanted to make music and other stuff.
But i am still very "detailed". If I see a new phone, car etc, I always think "hmm this could have different shape etc " )

Nord lead series are definitely the bomb. It has very crispy and clear sound. I really love it.

Me and my car both got supplements in the mail today! Love when I come home to goodies. I know people will say I'm biased, but I'm really excited to try Alphamax XT. Formula is really solid.
