in the dark about pct

hey guys, im a little in the dark about a pct. i done alot of reading but still got some questions. im am about to start a cycle of havoc, the first time every using a ph. i done alot of reading on that as well. ok but m questions are .

i ordered some pcs(post cycle support) to take after my cycle of havoc. how long to i need to run my pct and do i need to add in a test booster?

also can i take in milk thisle to help support the liver while taking havoc and my pct?
