In OL UK We TREST :D

Yesterday, as I mentioned I finished the workout I posted before:

Warm-up Squats followed by a 20 rep finishing set

Warm-up OHP then 10 X 5 at 105

I was supposed to do chins (weighted) 5 X 5, but did heavy Lat Pulldowns instead

100 reps of Face Pulls

100 reps of Trap Bar Shrugs with 135

My appetite has been insane, I'm sweating like mad at times. I even felt a bit hypo during the night and had to get up to eat, lol. I don't know of this is normal or not.

The scale read 268 this morning, I think I'm holding a lot of water right now. Dosed another .5 mg Anastrazole yesterday.

Recovery is good too, no soreness at all from yesterday.
 
Just a quick BP update, just tested it and it was 123/66. Pretty good, IMO.

Is the insane hunger normal with Trest?

As I said earlier, I weighed in 268 this morning. Wife said I look like I've lost weight.

I took before pics last week, as well as measurements. I'll combine them all at the end, I'm guessing there will be a big difference :)

That is excellent BP for being on cycle! And yes, I have heard several reports of elevated appetite on Trest. Which worries me, because I plan on starting Trest May 1st and as an ex-fatty, I have enough trouble with appetite! But reports also state that Trest is like a wet Tren, and burns fat just as well as Tren does, so the appetite may not matter all that much while on it!

It seems to be very forgiving on that aspect so far. It worries me too, as a previous fatty (still a little fat) myself. I seem to have a higher core temp right now, like I'm burning more calories or something.

I'm excited for when the Epi kicks in with this. Should be insane :)

That's great to hear! This is why I love following logs, leads to information and anecdotal reports that are very useful! And Epi should really help keep the gains lean, so that will play in your favor heavily. If Trest functions anything like Tren, which it is so often compared to, then perhaps its fat loss effects are more potent in a low estrogen environment. So keeping that Estro in check with Anastrozole, and a bit with the Epi as well, should also help.
 
My appetite is getting ridiculous and I'm running hotter than I was on 100mg tren. Weight is dropped a bit for me 2. Keep at it bro your gonna blow up
 
Day 8

Bumped up to 40mg on Epi today. I'm going to give two caps of Tr3st a try PWO tomorrow morning, I'm going to try to hit my workouts early in the morning from now on.

I'm getting a little euphoria after the DT applications now, and the Alpha feeling and fullness are always there :)

No telltale signs of Epi yet, I'm guessing in a few days I might start to feel it kick in.

Libido is not super high on Trest as others have reported. Maybe it will take a bit.

On LGD/Dermacrine, my libido was awesome. When I dropped them and bridged into Trest, my libido took an immediate dip that I noticed within a day or two. It wasn't dramatic, and everything still worked just fine, but it was noticeable. I've seen others have a neutral or even lowered libido on Trest as well.

It's odd, the libido seems hit or miss. This morning I got a libido spike after applying the TD.
 
Day 9

I'm really feeling the aggression now. I intended to get up at 5AM to hit an early AM workout, but got up right before 6AM. Hit the shower, applied the TD and went to work. Popped two caps of Tr3st PWO at about 11:30AM and could feel the strength pretty solidly today. Muscles feel pumped all day right now, and I'm feeling big and confident :) Excellent test base IMO :)

I hit Squats today, but my knees starting aching a bit,decided to play it safe. Stopped at two sets of only 155 for 5, with two reps after. Just getting used to Squats again, didn't want to push it just yet.

Afterwards I hit OHP, and my shoulders literally HURT afterwards from the pump for a good hour, LOL. PWO I dosed one scoop of HEMAVO2 MAX and 1 scoop of Max Out.

I hit my warmups, up to 125 for 5 reps, then hit my AMRAP set for 95 lbs. I got 16 reps until the pump kept me from hitting more, LOL.

Sounds like you're feeling it, brother! Reading your experience makes me excited to start Tr3st next Sunday! Aggression, confidence, strength, pump... Sounds great!

I have a really busy day tomorrow. I'm going to try to get up extra early to hit Deadlifts tomorrow, with Bench.

I've been up to 40mg of Epistane for 3 days now, expecting it to hopefully kick in soon. I'm already feeling strength from the Tr3st, hopefully the Epi will add even more.

I've been dosing 1mL of Dermatrest in the AM and PM, trying to hit the sweet spot to keep levels stable. It seems like my levels are a little spotty.

I've been using two caps per day on Rest days, one around lunch and one right before my night job. The nightly Dermatrest dose is applied post shower after work, but I only get around 6 hours of sleep during the week. On Workout days, I dose two caps PWO and 1 mL twice a day (1 around lunch, 1 after work ~11PM).

This might be messing stuff up, not sure. I'm also dosing Anastrazole at .5mg EOD, but might need to bump that up now that I'm dosing 100mg a day of Tr3st. I feel like I'm bloating a bit, and probably am eating more carbs than I should. I'm just so damn hungry LOL.

BTW, I'm loving the carrier for Dermatrest. It dries super fast! It reminds me of the carrier for the 11-OXO I had from PN before. It has a nice citrus smell.

Up the AI if you're experiencing bloating, and think it may be due to the higher Trest dosage and thus higher aromatizing. Though I'd highly recommend lower carbs and lower sodium while on Trest to control bloating, over higher AI usage. It's easier on the body, and anecdotally others who used Trest attest to it helping with bloat significantly.

They're not bad, lol. I've had to skip them the last couple workouts because of time :(

This program is pretty lengthy, as far as time needed to complete the workouts. Wendler mentions that the accessory lifts aren't mandatory, just the main lifts.
 
No workout today, unfortunately. I was all set, but had a flat tire, then meetings all day :(

Just don't leave a cliffhanger and we'll be happy. Did you up the AI or just mitigating salt intake now? i personally would keep salt and electrolytes high but lower carbs so u minimize bloat and prevent any cramping/tightness

I imagine you're correct, some people get acid reflux from methyls. I never have, oddly. But some guys plan their cycles ahead of time with generic omeprazole included to help mitigate it. I hope it gets better, bro!

Nexium is OTC now. It's called Nexium 24 hr. I suffer from GERD and whenever I use hormonal products like ostarine for example my acid reflux goes away completely. Still don't understand it. Haven't tried a methyl yet that may be a different beast. For that I'll definitely have nexium on board. Stuff works like a charm though I must admit
 
OK guys, sorry for the lack of updates lately! Life has been ridiculous this week.

Day 18:

Still loving the DT, gives me some energy throughout the day, and still gives me a libido boost intermittently.

No back pumps from the Epistane, but I get some shin pumps at times when I walk for at least a 1/4 mile or more.

I weighed in at 272 this morning, and I feel like I have been really lacking in the nutrition area lately. Too much fast food, not enough protein :( Fixing this ASAP.

Heading the the gym for the first time since Friday here in a few, I feel like a slacker not hitting the gym that often lately. Luckily, my night job has lots of physical activity, but nothing like heavy lifting.

The carrier for DT is truly awesome so far. No breakouts or irritation, a nice smell and dries very quickly.

I feel incredibly warm all the time, and I sweat a LOT, LOL.

I might have to grab some of that. My wife went to the store for me, and she ended up getting the Pepcid. It seems GTG so far.
 
Just heard from someone else that IBE Epistane is pretty legit, and 40mg can really be harsh.

I think I might drop down to 30mg from 40 to see if it helps. I thought it was just me being tired from less sleep, hard to get motivated to even get to the gym lately.
 
Whew! I threw in a quick workout a few minutes ago. I didn't hit Squats, as my Achilles are bothering me, but I hit OHP and Rear Delts. Strength is coming on nicely :) Pump was literally agonizing on my Rear Delt Destroyer Sets!

Standing Barbell OHP:

60 X 5
75 X 5
90 X 5
110 X 5
125 X 5
140 X 5
110 X 12 (AMRAP set)

I might have gotten more reps on these, but I did the last few from a full stop at the bottom.

Rear Delt Destroyers:

30 X 60 (Hang and Swing)
15 X 30 (Hang and Swing)
7.5 X 10 (full ROM)

These were painful! My left shoulder in particular is so pumped it hurts, LOL. It's not an injury, just so full of blood!

It definitely is a nice carrier and yes, it does dry quickly. It dries so quicky that it was a bit of a race to get it spread out over my skin before it dried.
