Was supposed to start a stack this coming Monday, but have to delay it due to a back injury flaring up again. It will probably be delayed until July 23 or so, which means no weights until then. The stack was going to be H/TRN, so a lean bulk was in order.

From now until July 23, should he just do cardio until then and try to lose a couple pounds of fat?
