Important RPM Release Updates…Plus, Win Free RPM!!!!

Only having used the sample pack so far, all was great. Weights went up. I normally press the 100s for 8-10 (100s is the biggest my gym has) and I got to 10 and had alot more to go. Shoulders were the same way. Leg day was 900 for reps. Today Ill be doing squats so Ill see how that goes.

As of right now, its comparable to 17-hd. Not probably what you all want to hear but its very similar. I won't be able to judge 100% until I finish a bottle off.

Sounds good...... and I agree on the 17-HD feel. However, it seems from a lot of feedback that the majority of 17-HD users did NOT get the energy boost that I realize you are describing. But the majority of RPM users do feel this boost. RPM is superior to 17-HD by far IMHO, due to it's ongoing effects and activity. 17-HD boosted you, and stopped right there. RPM's boost is the beginning of the roller coaster ride!
I'm looking forward to hearing your feedback following prolonged use!
 
I am glad that RPM is in pill form, because my metabolic workouts make me want to puke...

But I've noticed a real calming affect before my workouts. Kind of like the calm before storm. And once I start lifting it really kicks in, and I can feel the intensity. :dance:

Well leg day was incredible. I am on a low carb diet, and dropping weight, and my squats (which I haven't done in weeks due to lower back pain) were higher then they have been in a long time (not PR considering I used to weigh 100 lbs more LOL).

Also supersetted leg curls/extensions at the end, and added in hybrid calf training and didn't wanna stop moving. It definately intensifies throughout the workout.

Also, strongest thermo effect I have EVER experienced hands down.

Me too John.... I've got about 4 days left in my stock!!! Starting to stress.........Retailers wiped the AN Warehouse shelves clean!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had a single limb full body circuit from h3ll :rant:

So, I wouldn't want to try that again without the RPM. I maintained my strength throughout and felt I could do more if needed to.

And man did the Icariin kick in...It woke me up in the middle of the night ready to get down :stick:

its on the log. i how at what time aprox im taking them if i fell good today im going to add another cap of RPM, if im going to test getting a dose bigger than 5 caps im going to doit on a friday or a saturday so it doesnt matter if i dont sleep ;)
 
Rpen, you did 8? What did you think of that high of a dose?

Yeah, I did 8 with my sample caps. I actually really liked it! My strength and energy were waaay up. I have a really high tolerance to stims though, so I really enjoyed it.

Let's just say I made myself leave for major fear of overtraining/injury :)

I had a little trouble falling asleep (workout was at 6) but not due to the stims at all, rather my body heat was so high I was sweating even though my house was cold to the rest of my family

I've been doing it for a while (although lower caps than 7) and like it very much. My mood seems to be better throughout the day, and I feel spacing it out simply makes sense anyway, for almost any supp.

Also enhanced focus on random projects earlier in the day.

thanks for sharing. im going to try to stay at 3 for 1 week to see what happend then work my way up i really liked it at 5 caps
