Important- All The Whey RECALL.

I called the 1-800 number this morning and got the return info from someone named Josh. No problems whatsoever even though I'm in Canada. Hopefully it won't take too long to get the replacement product. I'll update this thread again once I hear back.

No doubt Marcus will be missed...fyi though, I've been in touch with Josh at ATW via phone and email over the recall issue and he's been very good to deal with so far.
 
I will miss the great customer service and support that Marcus gave,Good luck to him in his future endeavors. I tried to use one of his codes today and it didn't work. Man I hope AlltheWhey keeps that free shipping going cause I will be up S**t Creek here in Hawaii.
 
Nevermind the code still works. It just doesn't show on the order at first. I'd better order a little extra just in case.
 
Not much left in mine, but sounds like I should return it. I'll call tomorrow. Is there still a rep?

I hope all is well. Again we want to thank everyone for their patience with the recall and we will always do everything in our power to make sure you guys are taken care of.

To show some appreciation to our customers we did a markdown on some of our top sellers. The 5lbs. Isolate, Blend and Lean& Fit are marked down and when you couple that with the codes you guys can get some big savings.

Just a heads up form us.
 
Haha. I drank(all of it) that bag a long time ago. Oh well no signs of poisoning.... damn lucky I guess. But then again didn't get anything when supreme protein bars got hit with the peanut recall.

i sent in 15 lbs of whey (10 lbs pb choc and 5 lbs cinnabun). Today, I got the 5 lbs of cinnabun delivered via UPS in the same box I sent in to you guys. What was missing was the 10 lbs of PB Choc that I sent in.

Is this coming separately? There was no note or anything inside the box, just a 5lb of cinnabun whey. I would call but it is past hours when UPS came. Any info you can give me would be greatly appreciated.
 
I went to Office Depot and the UPS store to try to send it back via the account number given and neither allow 3rd party shipments. I don't really want to pay $13 to send back the protein. What are the other options?

schedule UPS to come to your house where you can fill out the slip and they will take it from you.
 
I'm just going to take the risk and finish off my tub i have. seems like way to much hassle sending it back to the US!
 
Maybe I missed it...but is the Isolate part of the recall? I know its not directly listed, but all the ISO that I have have the same batch numbers as the recalled stuff.

EDIT: I called ATW this morning and the ISO is not recalled. Apparently it comes from a "completely different source" FWIW.
 
So who has or hasn't received protein back from ATW? My recalled protein was delivered to ATW July 7th. They haven't responded to my emails for about a week now. I'm not being a jerk or anything, I just asked if they can estimate when it will be sent out, but still nothing.
 
Guys thanks again for your cooperation through this. We are doing everything we can as fast as we can to keep you guys happy. If there are any questions or complications you guys can call in and ask for customer service and we will accommodate you.

Just to let everyone know that I received my replacement whey protein yesterday. Given that I'm in Canada, it came very quick. ATW came through!
 
I received some of the tainted cinnamon bun protein, I wish I would have read this thread before making my purchase last week. How do I return it? Who do I speak to? This is the only protein I have left but it doesn't smell so good and taste as if someone mixed in fish oil.
 
Guys any problems please just call in, and ask for customer service. We have handled this recall quickly and efficiently and we will gladly accommodate anyone who is having any trouble or delays. Just ask for customer service and we will take care of you guys.
 
I'm glad I found out about the recall. I've finished about half a bag and it starting getting a weird smell. I've been sick for about a week or so. Haven't taken any since getting ill and now I'm starting to feel somewhat better. Don't know if it was the flu or the protein since there hasn't been any other complaints. Waiting for as response from ATW to see if I can get a refund.
 
I'm assuming that Nutra sent back all of the recalled protein...is this true? I want to order a jug, but only if they have new batches. Anyone care to chime in on this?
 
Holy crap, All The Whey Rocks! I sent my protein back and it was delivered at 12:24PM on 7/27. Today my doorbell rang and UPS delivered my replacement tub of protein!

Now that is customer service and I am glad I bought 15lbs more during the recent NP sale.
 
I have a 50lb bag that was purchased during the time period of the recalled whey, but I cannot find a lot number on the bag. Any help would be appreciated.

I called but was told to contact Nutraplanet about my situation.
 
my cupcake batter that was recalled had that smell as well, but the chocolate from the same lot did not. Myself and my training partner both felt pretty bad for a little while, but we both marked it off as paranoia. Stomach was very upset and me dookie was quite rancid (he claimed the same and so did his wife).
 
Nutra Planet has the best possible customer service, I sent them a email and got one the same day. They are truly the best in the business!
 
Nutriplanet has awesome customer service! ATW completely sucks! I've been having a battle with them ever since I contacted them about the recall. Sample of the email string:

Lmao ! This is ridiculous, especially after assuring me this would be taken care of. I wish I could let people on the message boards know how they are choosing to handle this, unfortunately I cannot. I will personally send you the protein tomorrow, and I will pursue the credit myself. If need be I will take this to the owner. I apologize for this being dragged out for so long. you have been very patient through out this. Let me know when you receive them friend. Take care.

Just saw this thread and can i still send mine in? I have a little less than half of the container left....havent used it in about 2 weeks due to not lifting. Havent gotten sick or anything yet. Any help or info would be great. Thanks.
