Unanswered Immune system boost drugs

So anabolics, orals, research chems, ect have seem to have greatly lowered my immune system overtime. Are there are drugs out there that actually boost immune system like even maybe cancer patient meds i could somehow get online? If not any proven methods out there besides otc crap, thanks

Even hard training will do that to you. I’ve heard a few people mention Kratom but never seen any sort of research on it. I’ll say I neve got the flu this year and usually use it 1-3 times a week a lot of the year. Way less between December and march maybe only handful of times because I’m usually off work. Be warned some do find it addictive.

You can do a 23andme to see if you have any gene expressions that impact you with regard to glutathione or vit d. That might flag some quick wins.

Black garlic has been used for immune support for years. Vit c is another.

Hydrogen rich water has some emerging studies for a range of things.

Anything anti inflammatory is also going to help - turmeric being the most obvious imo

I've read on few places that legit Primobolan can boost imune system. (Not joking)
It increases white blood cells hence the stronger immune system. One of the best aas ever imo. Clean lean gains with no sides... And you feel great on it.

Yeah, I'm planning to run it in November. Seems like great compound
Dont expect any huge gains off of it. Its a really slow builder but everything is quality. Great for lean guys who are mid size. Bigger guys usually dont see much from it bc they have so much mass already. Its a great recomp or lean bulker. Needs to be run at least 12 weeks imo at 400 or greater.

Thats the reason why I want to run it in first place. Lean, clean, keepable gains, without much water or enormous weight gain.

One supplement I used to buy was called ImmunoLin. It's basically blood plasma from cows that's had the Immunoglobullin G extracted (igG) along with a lot of other immune boosting stuff. I think Patrick Arnold discovered it and NOW Foods used to sell it, but I really couldn't find many vendors selling it now. But the stuff worked great. Here's a link to the company that owns the patent:

All the other suggestions are good too, along with a good multi, plenty of Vit C, washing your hands thoroughly all the time (OCD style). Also, if you're getting upper respiratory infections, I would recommend checking out a nasal spray product called Xlear. It's saline solution combined with xylitol, which has been shown in studies to kill the bacteria in the nasal passages. You can find it at local health food shops and on Amazon. The company also sells gum, mouthwash, and xylitol powder which you can consume as an alternative sweetener (it's a sugar alcohol, so watch out for the GI problems if you use too much). But the studies show around 4g a day (if I remember correctly) can help kill bacteria.

A good probiotic supplement can help too. I use Invalid Link Removed. They use all patented probiotics made by DuPont and other reputable companies and the product itself is made in Japan. They have lots of studies on the strains of probiotics they use showing that they reduce upper respiratory infections, boost the immune system, reduce allergies, etc. The capsules are manufactured so the probiotics don't degrade or the bacteria don't die during shipment and storage like a lot of other probiotics do. Beyond that, yogurt is another good alternative.

There was something else I was going to mention, but it slipped my mind. Anyway, hope that helps,

Unfortunately, a lot of people report real serious hair loss from Primo, and it's such a rare compound it's hard to find.

Not a drug or supplement, but I’ve been intermittent fasting for close to a decade and I can count the number of times I’ve gotten sick during this time on one hand. I don’t believe that is a coincidence

I fasted for 7 days with only water and electrolytes several months ago and by day 3 all traces of a sinus infection that had been lingering for months was gone, and did not return after the fast.

Allegedly, the immune system can regenerate itself in about 3 days of fasting - seems like mine did indeed step up when I fasted.

Btw, if you try it just do 3 days. I don’t feel anything after that accomplished anything beyond extended discomfort.

Sounds crazy, but I dealt with ragweed allergies my whole life something fierce. This year I’ve had zero symptoms, the only thing I can attribute it to is water fasting

Edit- misread here, I do disagree with the part about just 3 days, however I do think 3 days is perfect for a first timer.
