I'm running Epistane pulsed @ 2on 1off 40mg ed and...

...so far, zero side effects! From what I gather in my research on pulsing Epi, this is a pretty hard pulse. To keep everything out in the open, I'm also using multiple natty test boosting each night, and mornings on the off days.

So far its working out great, just completed 3 weeks (planning to run it for 6 weeks). Gained 5lbs so far. The bedroom is fine. No shrinkage ect... very good. Epi IS truly mild as far as sides.

Now a question for those with insight on the whole puffy nips things... I'm getting it slightly. Does it go away after proper PCT (SERM) ?
Also, as the rate I'm running this (basically 5 days a week 40mg ed) with 2 off days, do you think I should just run a straight cycle next time? Would running ED be more suppressive? I'm finding the 1 day off I take after 2 days on (in my mind) really helps with test rebound.

Thoughts? Thanks...

5 on 2 off isn't pulsing. At least not from what I've read. You may be doing more harm that good, IMO.

Puffy nipples are an indication that you have a hormonal imbalance occurring. Don't get alarmed just yet, though. It's going to happen when running anabolic compounds. With the proper PCT, getting you body back at set point (homeostasis), and controlling spikes in Estrogen rebound, the puffiness should go away.

Where did you get you information about pulsing from?

Regarding pulsing epi this may help

What is pulse cycling? (posted in the Epistane™ forum at IBE, written by Dr.D)

Dosing something to intentionally avoid long term sides, such as HTPA suppression and liver damage. With pulsing, the serious, long term side effects of chronic oral treatment are avoided and short term side effect, like acne and mineral retention, are milder that usual. This allows for higher dosages to be used. Basically, if you dosed on an ED basis you would get 100% effect, 100% short term sides and 100% long term sides. If you dose EOD on a pulse protocol, you still get about 60% effect, 75% short term sides but only about 40% of the long term sides. That's not a bad trade off and very economical on the body and the wallet too! Of course if you would have gained 10lbs this means you will only gain 6lbs pulsing, but it also means you can do this for 2 or 3 times longer than a normal cycle. That equals about 2 months of worry free dosing, so the net effect is a gain of about 12lbs instead of 10lbs over twice the time frame with less sides and a milder PCT requirement if even needed at all. It's a great long term strategy and good for newer users looking to run fast, clean, cycles for 1 month with no PCT needed later. That's how I perfected it. There are two basic approaches to do it: EOD or 2on/2off depending on your workout schedule. Doses can be high (30-40mg) but take them close together preferably before 6pm (1 dose pre and 1 dose post-w/o instead of spread out like normal) or doses can be lower (10-20mg) if you want to stretch it to 2 or 3 months instead of just 1. Dose at least 3 times per week but not more than 4.

I got my info from pretty much above. I admit, I'm dosing on the heavy side and doing more days then the EOD recomendation... so far though its working for me.

What harm would I be doing that a more mild pulse wouldn't?

What i dont understand is why you want to do something different when its already detailed for you ,

AS regards your question about harm , harm is based on two words you have already used, heavy and mild. The heavier you go the more harm you do in relation to sides , the milder you go those risks are lessened. It seems you have been lucky so far .

Your puff problem is probably more so caused from your use of natty test boosters in the evenings and morning (both times when estrogen is higher anyways). I am just assuming you are using either Trib (which might act as estro) or something that free's up test, which would of course, would leave you with more aromatization from that free test.

If you are using stritly an AI, then that would change things a little, as it could be a form of estro rebound.. or even from the increase of test beyond normal ranges then aromatizing..

Id avise cutting your pulse to no more then 3 days on to say the least, and cut back on the test boosters until after week 3. If supresion has not set in you may be elevating your natty test beyone it's normal range and causing more hormonal disturbence then you would need.
Generally, ater 3 weeks on a pulse a slight degree of supression is noticable-

Anywyas- cut your test boosting in half, and go from there.
