im really sick, what should i do?

ive been home all day with the fever, and i read somewhere that starving yourself and bundling up to sweat it out is the best approach. i feel so weak, and i hope this doesnt affect my performance in the gym. anyways to prevent muscle loss?
 
dont worry about your muscle when you have the flu. worry about getting better and living thru it. muscle has memory.
 
I drink massive amounts of gatorade and OJ when sick. If I have appetite I definitely eat. I would never starve myself. F that. Eating makes me feel better most of the time anyways. If I'm really sick I'll eat comfort food like something fried.
