I'm new and need advice...

well, I'm 6' and 187 lbs and wanna lose maybe 20 more...can someone post a daily/weekly if possible meal plan I can use to do this, and some good workouts too? I don't know at all how to keep track of the calories burnt and everything of the like, heh. Thanks! :head:
