Im currently bulking need advice

5 foot 11
13 stone 10
15 % bodyfat

Having
400 grams of carbs
trying to have 170+ protein a day
hitting gym 6 days a week
loads of colliflour, broccoli, sweet potatoes, rice, cheese and pasta

platoing at 13 stone 10 im thinking up my food more but its a real struggle any thoughts????
 
You listed a lot of fibrous foods, when struggling to eat enough you should swap those for more caloric dense foods (while bulking with 400+ g of carbs hitting fibre requirements is easy)

I would add either "less clean" carb sources, fats which are very calorie dense, or some shakes for liquid calories.
 
^This is correct. All the veggies are great, but the fiber will leave you feeling full as it expands. Get down with some less "clean" carb sources as said. Also, enjoy some fattier pieces of meat (80/20 beef, etc.) and don't be afraid to add a little coconut oil to shakes or some people just eat it straight. Peanut butter is my best friend when in a surplus.
 
Yea man and i would through in a post workout carb drink and a mass gainer if your trying to bulk up. You need to get alot of your calories carbs and protein from the food you eat but i think supplementing a carb drink and a mass gainer would help you out plus all the food you would be taking in.
