So I got pretty sick for a few weeks which threw off my cycle. But I'm back now and planning out what to run. My last blood came back at 3000 total test which was higher than I was expecting so I got an endo appt on Monday. Everything else was in range hgh was a little low. I've always shyed away from gh but I may need to think about it.

I'm not really sure what I want to run as most of you know I run pretty heavy cycles. Right now I'm trying to decide whether to make this next stage 8 or 12 weeks. I lost some weight being sick and feel small. But my wife thinks I need to recomp some before I bulk. But I kind of want to keep it simple and cutting gets more complicated
 
One thing is if I choose an 8 week phase I can get a little crazy up in here. I know alot of people are gonna say wait your regular cycles are crazy lol. But if you folks want to get hyphy let me know
 
idk man. around the holidays you better do you what you're wife wants and recomp:) But glad your back!
 
Ok so after much thinking I've decided I will follow wife's advice and start slimming down starting now will help make pre contest more smooth.

It was a little hard designing this cycle since it's such a long time frame so after reviewing several past cycles I was able to break it down into 4 phases

Phase 1. 6 weeks cut
Phase 2. 4 weeks polish
Phase 3. 8 weeks maintenance
Phase 4. 4.weeks finishing
 
He's also 22 and been jumping into everyones thread telling everyone how to do things after joining on the 15th. Lol

He basically told 18 year old boy in the other thread that he was doing great, and he should just ignore all of us old guys, because we're just jealous of his body.
LOL.
 
So went to see my endocrinologist today due to the high test levels 3k+ total test. She is lowering me down to 150mg test weekly which is fine by me. We discussed hgh and she said once we get my test into range we can see if insurance will give an auth my igf1, prolactin, estrogen, all came in range
 
Ok so been mapping out my diet and thinking about staying at maintenance kcal. I think I'll still cut a good amount due to the fact I'm running t3 and clen combined with my boxing





Protein is coming from chicken and egg
Carbs are coming from sweet potatoes and brown rice
