IM and sub-q pinning?

OK, I see the use of the terms IM and sub-q pinning and injections all the time on this forum, and I honestly have no idea what they mean. Can someone tell me what those terms mean and what you actually do, especially with regards to IGF-1?
 
First off, you're too young to post in this area. Becareful, because the Mods have had zero tolerance for this recently. However, your question is not about AAS's, but injections. So here you go dude.

IM = intramuscular. Injecting into your muscle.
Sub-q = subcutaneous. Injecting into soft tissue (fat) underlying the skin.

Yeah, the "stickies" will cover most of this stuff. I believe there is a 21yr old age limit in this forum, so you probably won't get many answers.

Don't worry though, like I said...read the stickies.
