IGF1 LR3 help

About to start a cycle of IGF-1 LR3. Been reading various idear's and suggestions as it relates to dosing so hoping to get some clarity or guidance for what it's worth.

My original plan was do dose 40mcg 5 days on/2 off. On workout days, I was gonna take it after working out with some carbs. On non-workout days I was gonna take in the morning, also with carbs.

I read some threads were it was stated to take EOD and to wait at least an hour after working out; with others saying to take fasted in the morning.

That got me thinking that given my workout routine is currently 2 on / 1 off / 1 on / 1 off - repeat, it might be beneficial to just take on workout days.

Should I stick with the original plan or only use on workout days? Also, does timing after workout matter? I'd prefer post workout, as I know others like it pre.

I've used it a bunch of different ways and my personal opinion is the most effective way to use it, for myself, was to use it like insulin, around the workout, but daily. So on the days I'm not lifting I do It in the morning with some protein and carbs. I always take it with carbs and very little fat. I also didn't like it till I started doing 100-250mcg at a time with my . At that dose I felt like it made me look bigger, leaner and rounder. I can't say anything about how much muscle I added or fat I lost but while using it I definitely notice I look better. It's a Cosmetic tool for me but in the back of my mind, any time I'm on HGH or IGF I like to think this is more for the long term. The visual effect while using it is just a bonus.

Great for bringing up lagging muscles.
Had success around that 40-50mcg dose 50/50% bi-laterally in the muscle trained (prioritizing the muscle intended to grow ... ex pin front delts on a push day). Prefer immediately pre workout because it seems to help with pumps but have had seemingly equal results with immediately post workout. Never heard the hour after concept but Id assume that's to continue the GF pulse. 5 or 6 days on 1 or 2 off for 5 weeks alongside carbs and training, then take at least 8 weeks off.
