IGF question i am unsure...

I get from my source igf 1 with the AA already in vial powder it comes pre mixed in. Now my question is what do I do to turn it to a liquid. I was told to use bacterostatic water put 2ml in the vial then. Then fill up the rest of the syringe with just straight BA water before I pin is this correct?
 
do not put bacteriostatic water with the igf,, if your igf is mixed with acetic acid already, then everything is taken care of, don't mess with it, draw up the amount you want, then in your syringe with the igf, take that, and draw up a bit of bacteriostatic water with the igf to flush it out, and inject it
 
im nervous about this aa thing. could you tell me where to get the premixed stuff? thanks, i dont want to f myself up.
