im looking for something to help bring up my lagging biceps/triceps. my chest / shoulders are huge, i have always been built like this, but my arms just lag in comparison, there 17inches now and honestly just dont cut it for me, would using igf or mgf PWO for 25 days at 50mcg a day help bring them up to par? and if so which one of these, i researched them both heavly, but it seems theres no genereal concensus as to which 1 will give the same and or better results.

For best results. You would want to run both peptideds if you have the cash to do so.

When you're trying to get you're arms to "catch up" to the rest of your body, should you inject igf-1/pmgf into the biceps AND triceps or is injecting into just the biceps enough?

The bis and tris are two completely different muscles. Yes, they're both on your arm, but otherwise they're just as distinct as, say, your pecs and lats. So yes, if you want to use IGF to "catch up" both your biceps and triceps, you need to inject both muscles.

I've never injected anything anywhere except delts and glutes.
is it possible to do IGF and MGF in one of those when you're trying to gain on Biceps and Triceps?

You want to use plain MGF at 100mcg per head per pinning.

This adds up to 400mcg in your biceps, 600mcg in your triceps.

Then IGF-1 30-60 minutes in the same muscle afterward.

I am running experiments to see how MGF preworkout and IGF-1 immediately post works in comparison to MGF immediately postworkout and IGF-1 an hour or so after.

Out of curiosity, how are you testing something like this? As you've stated, the benefits of MGF and IGF become apparent over the long-term. Seems like it would be challenging to accurately guage the effectiveness of various protocols without many months of experimentation.

Also, are you using plain MGF of pegMGF for the pre-WO and post-WO injects?

Well I have a whole slew of experiments to run. The first will be hMGF with IGF-1. hMGF injected in the subject's right arm, with IGF-1 injected all over, in an attempt to discover any effectiveness to hMGF. For overall body growth, pegMGF is preferred over hMGF but for symmetry and site enhancement purposes, there _may_ be some sort of benefit to running hMGF at higher doses coupled with IGF-1.

This experiment will be run in two parts. During one part I will dose the MGF immediately postworkout and the IGF-1 30-60 minutes later. During the other part, MGF will be given preworkout and IGF-1 immediately postworkout.

When you pin igf-1 in the bis/tris, I'm assuming you would pin them just like the pMGF (in each head)...right? For example, for the biceps I would pin 10 mcgs in each head about an hour after I pinned the pMGF in each head.

That is not quite necessary with the IGF-1. Usually one week I will pick the inner head and the next week the outer. Bilaterally though, yes.
